Return & Refunds at Bamboo Bambinos

We prioritize convenience for busy parents, offering hassle-free returns. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, return the item within 30 days, unused and with original tags, for a full refund processed within 7 days of receipt.

How to Return:

1. Log in to your account.
2. Go to "Orders" and click "Create Return."
3. Follow the prompts.

Damaged/Incorrect Items:
Inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately for assistance with defective or incorrect items.

Non-Returnable Items:
Gift cards and final sale items are ineligible for return or exchange.

Refund Processing:
We’ll notify you once your return is received and inspected. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. If there are delays beyond 15 days, contact us at info@bamboobambinos.com.

Restocking Fees:
We don’t charge restocking fees, but items must meet return conditions.
